Small Entrepreneurs and Businesses overlooked by Govt Bodies

There is an image created that things move fast in Gujarat. Ratan Tata's

speech that it took 3 days to get all approvals for Nano made it look like Gujarat Government has really become truely professional.

Not really. If you are a small business person, try sending email or calling indexb, gujarat informatics, gujarat tourism etc with a business proposal and see what happens. You will be sent around in loop. If it is Tata's, Birla's and Ambani's the top officials wag their tails and offer incentives to these people to move to Gujarat but at the same time small entrepreneur in Gujarat with brilliant idea and a great project always goes and hits the dead wall.
