Drupal CMS is one of the most popular Open Source CMS in market today. Even though there is a push to promote Drupal as Enterprise CMS, there is an equally disturbing story of large brands switching out of Drupal. Small and medium sites and corporate sites still love running Drupal.
Here is a partial list of sites that were on Drupal but moved out. ( This is partial list given to me by interns and I haven't checked all)
. (Note : http://about.digg.com still runs Drupal)
Besides this :
VoteHillary, Musicbox (Sony - http://buytaert.net/sony-using-drupal), Exposure of Canadian Broadcasting Corporation ( Ref - http://buytaert.net/cbc-using-drupal) - sites are non existent today.
And Drupal 7 is still not enterprise ready as many Drupal 6 contributed modules have not got their Drupal 7 equivalent versions available. Companies like Development Seed have stopped working on Drupal and even we have started focusing more on Ruby on Rails and Android.
