Indian IT professionals have so low morales that one now understands why customers don't like to work with Indians. When there was peak time and lot of demand, resources used to fake resumes, steal code, give wrong excuses to get sympathy.
We used to have a lot of intake from KS School of Management, Ahmedabad. The students of KS School somehow were pampared. Today not many companies come to KS School for recruitment. Why?
We had many incidents with their students. The case of Dhaval Parikh - is very well known - breach of contracts, taking away company equipment and even telling bunch of lies to his own colleagues in company.
Kruti Ganatra was another KS School of Management trainee. She did approach me for a personal issue with her sister and cut short her assignement with us. She even stated that she would not be taking up other assignment as her family issue was of utmost importance. As a company CEO, I always have to go with what resource states. I wish there was a law that will penalize anyone who lies to get out of contracts. Nonetheless, what Kruti told may be true but it was mere a gimmick to get into something else.
She even went further to update her linkedin profile that she was Jr. Software Engineer in Gloscon. Look at her Linkedin Profile. Its unfortunate that employers don't do background check on resources to validate this. Kruti was NEVER hired or even worked in any capacity as a full time employee in Gloscon.
She has only done this to get mileage to enhance her career. But if you ask anyone in Gloscon what kind of performer she was, she was below average. I guess, this is why she needs to fake her profile to land into a job.
