"Meri Soch Meri Pehchaan hein" - My thought process is my identity

People have tendency to look at immediate issues or follow footsteps of others. 90% of people do not take time to verify facts before taking any judgement. They do not even realize that they are also part of the problem and not the solution. Recent news that we read in newspapers are very disturbing.

1) Every minster - state or central is corrupt. There is no honest minister. Now problem is why are you not standing in election? Why are you not voting?
2) We are seeing larger and larger scams - Minister and Corporate nexus are responsible for major scams. You have a problem? Have you raised voice before paying any bribe to anyone? Have you fought a battle for your legal right? If not, you are also part of the problem.
3) Every company is reeling with corporate fraud by own employees - Have you done full background check on them? Have you verified whether they have faked resume, put another company where they never worked at, covered non working period, did not give you references of who they reported to? Have you taken time to verify their tax records, talk to few people in the companies they have mentioned in their resume whether they did work for that period? Don't complain if you are not doing this already.
4) Resources are scarce, inflation is high and life is very hectic. - Have you wondered that you never came to this world owning anything but when you leave this world, your tangible and intangible assets are owned by your next generation and this goes and will go on till there will be nothing left to own. Why not have simpler ownership rules like one can have only 1 or 2 houses, only 'N' acres of Non-Agricultural Land and that too they must have some business activity paying min tax equivalent to their land size. And for those having Agri land, they must have been showing Agri income in 3 out of last 4 years. Also put limits on Agri land. No person directly or indirectly can own more than 20% of more than 1 company. In only 1 company he can have holding of 20% or more. This will prevent likes of Ambanis and Adanis to transfer ShareHolders wealth in related companies that is not in interest of Shareholders. Any excess wealth should be confiscated and put in govt kitty. - This could be elaborated and be little more detailed but idea is Mukesh Ambani or Gautam Adani cannot single handedly control these much assets.
5) Have Digital Money and not have any cash in the system. Impossible task but whatever closest we can get there in digitizing things and strictly e-payments, the less would there be corruption.

You look around your room, your office, your surrounding while driving, you will get 20 ideas where you can improve things. It just needs challenging your brain.
